RIDGEWOOD REBELS EXPERIENCE
K-8th Grade Boys / Girls • 3 Day Skill Development and Scrimmage Camp

July 12, 13, 14 @ Ridgewood Highschool

Description

This 3-day clinic is a great way for current and future Rebels to GET BETTER.

Each day 60 minutes of offensive and defensive skill development and 30 minutes of team-type transfer drills and live scrimmages.

Players will learn the following Breakaway Progressions:

• Stationary Single Ball Work
• Single Ball Work on the Move
• Two-Ball Passing Series
• Finishing School( 5 different finishes at the rim)
• Breakaway Shooting Footwork and Mindset

Transfer Skills that will be taught:

• Finishing moves using our Change of Direction Dribbles
• Shooting off the dribble using our Change of Direction Dribbles
• 3 man passing progression
• On the Ball Defensive Work
• Off the Ball Defensive Work

Live Scrimmage Work that will be utilized:

•  1 on 1 off the dribble
• 3 on 3 live games

The Breakaway Mindset: 
Players will learn life skills and messages that will help instill confidence, discipline, respect, and truly learning how to operate outside of their comfort zone. Breakaway Basketball will be sharing personal stories and messages to help inspire and motivate the players in camp.
