Description

One thing I learned in my career is that basketball became a ton more fun when I was able to begin making plays for my teammates and myself. Players that can begin to do that on the floor are called PLAYMAKERS. Coaches love playmakers because offensively it makes their team much harder to guard. In this clinic our focus will be on teaching and improving each players skill set to help them turn into a PLAYMAKER.

Skills that will be focused on:

• Combination Dribbling Progression
• Combo moves creating space off the dribble
• Creating space using your feet on the catch
• Jab Step, Strong Side Step, Cross-Over Step, and Shot Fake
• Using and Setting Screens
• Finishing at the rim
• Passing off the dribble
• Shooting off the dribble
• Shooting out of the triple threat
• Shooting off of screens

45 minutes will be geared towards skill development and 30 minutes will be focused on gameplay where players will get the opportunity to transfer their newly learned skills.

This camp is a great way to help elevate your game so one day you can experience what it feels like to be a PLAYMAKER!
